Jr. IAM Analyst to support multiple business groups with access provisioning for a large banking client - -1
Duration : 9 months (possibility of extension)
Location : Remote (must accommodate an EST schedule)
Working hours : 7 AM 4 PM EST (flexible, can start anywhere from 7-9 AM EST)
Must-Have Skills :
- 1-3 years experience as an IAM Analyst or similar role
- Experience with access provisioning
- Familiarity with Microsoft Suite
- Banking / FI experience
Job Responsibilities :
- Set up access to applications for various Business Groups as requested
- Work according to the Enterprise Identity and Access Management guidelines and standards
- Follow the standard operating procedures that have been laid out for each request type
- Respond to emails from different groups to ensure prompt and accurate updates regarding their open tickets
- Provide white glove service to the customer while completing the designated provisioning tasks
