Job Title: Dispatcher

Pay Rate:$45000/ year

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Dispatcher to coordinate and manage the transportation of goods by connecting shippers with reliable carriers. The ideal candidate has strong negotiation skills, a solid understanding of logistics operations, and the ability to build long-term relationships with both clients and carriers.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with shippers and carriers
• Negotiate rates, contracts, and service agreements
• Coordinate freight movement and ensure timely pickup and delivery
• Track shipments and resolve any transportation issues or delays
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, rates, and communications
• Monitor market trends and adjust pricing strategies accordingly
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies
• Provide excellent customer service and ongoing account support

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a Dispatcher Freight Broker, Logistics Coordinator, or similar role
• Strong negotiation, sales, and communication skills
• Knowledge of freight modes (FTL, LTL, intermodal, etc.)
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with TMS software and Microsoft Office
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics or business education is an asset
