Program Manager - Vocational Services Department

On site 5 days per week at Lifemark Sunridge Clinic in Calgary. The Program Manager is responsible for ensuring contract compliance, managing staffing and program outcomes, and overseeing client admissions and service delivery. Key duties include reporting on outcomes, developing service materials, collaborating with stakeholders, facilitating team meetings, addressing issues, and ensuring service goals are met. The role also involves conflict resolution, staff mentorship, hiring, training, standardizing onboarding, and generating reports to track performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution and operation of a new initiative to support unemployed and underemployed Albertans
• Meet with Senior Leadership as needed to discuss pertinent issues or concerns regarding program standards, current practice, program evaluation, and future development
• Play a role in activities as directed by Senior Management
• Oversee the decision-making process for admission and continued stay of participants
• Ensure orientation for the participants is appropriate to the services and the predicted outcomes
• Oversee the progress evaluation of each participant to ensure achievement of outcomes
• Develop materials necessary to deliver services
• Maintain regular contact with contractors providing external training, work experience practicum providers, and potential participant employers
• Oversee communication with the team and be available as needed to discuss and / or assist with any issues raised
