Summary of Duties

Reporting to the Supervisor, Strategy Architecture & Solutions - Project Services, the Project Data Quality Administrator is responsible for administering software applications supporting Project and Portfolio Management within the IT Division at the City of Hamilton. The role includes portfolio reporting and maintaining current and accurate system data (e.g., project, capacity). Additionally, the role involves participating in projects to improve operational efficiency of Project Services.

Responsibilities include monitoring compliance with departmental standards, supporting leadership in goal setting, managing system-related project portfolio issues, and applying project and portfolio management best practices independently and collaboratively.
