Leon’s is currently looking for a self-motivated Customer Service Supervisor to ensure that customers receive excellent after-sales service, to oversee vendor relations, to ensure that all open files are maintained, that reports are run, and appropriate actions are taken and to ensure that associates adhere to company policies

Responsibilities :
- Maintain excellence in customer service
- Recruit, hire and develop staff through coaching, goal setting and conducting performance appraisals
- Handle escalated customer service issues and offer solutions
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction
- Lead by example by promoting teamwork within all departments
- Ensure a high-level of data entry accuracy with minimal errors
- Understand, implement and ensure compliance with all Leon’s policies & procedures
- Other duties as assigned
