  • Oversee all aspects of multi-residential projects, including scheduling, invoicing, contract work, and customer engagement.
  • Utilize Procore to manage project documentation, schedules, budgets, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Work closely with superintendents, site staff, and consultants to ensure project milestones are met and quality standards are maintained.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as billings, contract administration, and coordination with subcontractors.
  • Proactively identify and address design issues, construction challenges, and project risks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications :

Expert Procore Knowledge : The successful candidate must have extensive experience and proficiency in Procore, with a demonstrated ability to utilize its features effectively for project management purposes.

CCDC Experience : Experience with CCDC contracts is essential, along with strong scheduling capabilities. Previous experience in wood frame construction projects is preferred over poured concrete.

Administrative Skills : The candidate should possess strong administrative skills, including proficiency in billings, contract management, scheduling, and invoicing.

Experience overseeing superintendents and site staff is a plus.

Customer Engagement : The ability to effectively engage with customers, address design issues, and collaborate with consultants is crucial for success in this role.

Fixed Price Contracts : Experience working with fixed price contracts and at least 7 years of experience employed by an 'at risk' General Contractor is required.

In-Office : The ideal candidate must be able to commute to Niagara Falls on a daily basis

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Residential Project Manager to join a winning team in Niagara Falls.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in managing multi-residential projects ranging from $5 million to $11 million.
