Client Relations Manager / Senior Manager

Overview

Reporting to our Director of Client Relations, ISC is seeking to add an experienced Client Relations Manager / Senior Manager with a background in signage, design and / or construction to our fast-growing team. The successful candidate will be organized and personable, with a construction or commercial real estate-focused professional background. As a senior member of an experienced team that prides itself on having an unmatched reputation for professionalism and quality, they seek to deliver exceptional client experience on every project they lead.

Responsibilities

• Independent lead generation and sales : Utilizes proven industry experience to grow our team’s client base
• Project management : Directs and / or leads communication with project stakeholders, including clients and ISC’s department heads, to ensure exceptional client service is delivered on each and every project
• Project document preparation and review : Manages and co-develops, as may be required, the preparation of project documents (e.g., sales, design, permitting), independently and with the support of relevant specialists from internal team
• Strategic planning : As a senior hire, the Client Relations Manager / Senior Manager will be involved with strategic planning, helping ISC to deliver on its mission of offering unparalleled client experience and craftsmanship on each and every project

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have sales experience, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel, and possess an ability to learn quickly.
