They are searching for a Lead RF ASIC Design Engineer to play a crucial role in advancing the next generation of ultra-low power radio communication systems, taking a leading role in their talented R&D team.

Here you will be involved in team and technical management, system-level technology development, solving key engineering challenges, and designing RF, analog, and mixed-signal ICs that meet the highest performance and power efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and innovate RF, analog / mixed-signal circuitry concepts to meet the needs of a next-generation wireless solution.
  • Design, verify, and debug RF, analog / mixed-signal ICs using bulk CMOS from product definition to mass production.
  • Take a leading role in the RF / Analog design team, systems and product definition, digital designers, and 3rd party contractors to deliver complete ASIC solutions.
  • Optimize system architecture by resolving performance, area, power, and cost trade-offs.
  • Support IC validation and characterization efforts to ensure high-quality outcomes.

  • Proven experience in RF analog ASIC design, ideally also top-level.
  • Experience and motivation for aspects of technical team management.
  • Strong understanding of analog / mixed-signal design flows (Cadence, Mentor, Synopsys, etc.).
  • Experience designing and laying out key components, such as LNA, PA, LDO, Filter, ADC, DAC, etc.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal), organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge in sub-threshold or very low power CMOS design as a plus.
