Job description

We are a distributor of aesthetic products for medical aesthetic clinics (e.g., syringes), operating from a small office-warehouse with storage facilities. We are seeking an organized and bilingual individual for a part-time position. You will be responsible for managing warehouse operations, preparing orders, and maintaining client relationships.

This position is an excellent opportunity to evolve in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Part-time 30h / week

Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm

Advantages

  • 20 / hour with a salary review after 3 months
  • Part-time : 28 to 30 hours / week (Monday to Thursday, 9 AM to 5 PM)
  • Two weeks of vacation after 1 year
  • Group insurance after 3 months

Responsibilities

  • Receive and count incoming merchandise.
  • Organize and store products in an orderly and accessible manner within the warehouse.
  • Pick, prepare, and ship orders according to company procedures.
  • Respond to incoming calls from clients and the sales team.
  • Manage inventory levels and perform regular checks.
  • Carry out clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and archiving.
  • Qualifications

  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook, and accounting software).
  • Bilingualism required (French / English) to communicate with clients across Canada.
  • Strong counting skills for daily inventory management.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • 2 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or mixed office-warehouse roles.
