The Architecture Roles & Responsibilities Project Manager role resides within the Enterprise Architecture team of the Enterprise Technology and Services (ETS) Division at
- The primary responsibility of this role is to spearhead and oversee the creation, execution, and enterprise-wide deployment of roles and responsibilities across the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of organizational dynamics, change management principles, and effective communication strategies.
Required Skills and Experience :
Prior experience within the Financial Services sector and supporting project delivery, with an ability to develop and deliver high-quality output against project objectives while meeting tight deadlines.Ability to understand and navigate complex processes, combined with a desire to initiate, and effect continual improvement.Experience engaging with senior leadership and department heads to gain support and alignment on project initiatives.Experience working in a regulated industry, preferably financial services, and a detailed understanding of tools, trends, and patterns within the software architecture community.A passion for and proven track record of working across organizations to build consensus and drive progress.Clear and concise communication across all levels and technical depths to manage senior stakeholders across divisions.Proficiency in change and impact assessment, Agile, Scrum, JIRA, Microsoft Project, and Business Process Improvement.Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing requirements.
