Account Manager – Nova Scotia (Relocation Required)
Join Atlantic Controls, a division of Laurentide Controls, for a strategic Account Manager role in Saint John, N.B. (Hybrid, with occasional telework).

Responsibilities
- Ensure and prioritize client satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, competition, and budgeting processes.
- Build trusting relationships with stakeholders at all levels within client organizations.
- Plan and execute growth strategies tailored to individual client needs.
- Analyze and understand our position with clients and document delivered value.
- Proactively prospect, generate new opportunities, and conduct thorough qualification of prospects.
- Progress opportunities through stages of the sales process and manage diverse types of business opportunities.
- Provide accurate and insightful sales forecasting for strategic planning and decision‑making.
- Qualify and develop customer opportunities by identifying pain points and critical results to achieve.
- Utilize the PPVVCC approach and employ consultative selling techniques.
- Effectively close sales by addressing objections and guiding clients through decision‑making.
- Maintain the CRM up to date following established procedures and standards.
- Create a collaborative environment with internal and external teams.
- Increase visibility and awareness of products and services to maximize sales growth.
- Assist with digital marketing campaigns and social media content.
- Achieve individual and team sales goals using customer‑focused engagement strategies.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in the industrial B2B market.Strong technical aptitude and experience in industrial applications.Willingness and ability to travel with no restrictions.Curiosity and aptitude for learning new technologies.Ability to cultivate lasting business relationships and exercise influential leadership.Analytical, problem‑solving, and strategic mindset applicable to all projects and issues.Highly motivated and innovative with an entrepreneurial work ethic.Customer‑centric mindset, making customers and their needs a priority.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; French is an asset.Atlantic Controls' purpose is To Help Industry Thrive in Eastern Canada.
