This position is responsible for analyzing proposed licensing activities in addition to project management of product development of selected portfolio items.
Such activities will assist in coordinating site-to-site sharing of information and technical transfer management to Hikma Canada goals.
This position will report to the Director, Portfolio Development.
Key Responsibilities :
- Evaluate and assess potential market and product opportunities in Canada e.g. Injectable, Biosimilars, Generic, etc.
- Work with cross-functional teams to execute on project plans and drive projects to completion.
- Develop and oversee the implementation of product launch tracking and procedures to standardize corporate processes and ensure launch success.
- Assist in the optimization of the expanding logistic functions and intercompany agreements.
- Manage the effective achievement of business (Commercial) objectives through the effective planning of product launches and portfolio development.
Assist in analyses of potential M&A and product development opportunities.
- Champion the integration of the Hikma corporate culture into the ongoing expansion of product development processes.
- Assist in the development of product launch strategies for Business Unit / Country operations designed to meet or exceed organizational performance objectives and improve competitiveness.
- Steer and advocate for addition to our portfolio the identified products from R&D Pipeline and development plan.
- Perform financial analysis for potential portfolio and Business Development products.
- Guide technical transfer projects with new manufacturing sites.

Degree in a scientific discipline is required.
2+) years of experience in pharmaceuticals including 2 years regulatory and / or quality assurance.
