Engineering Lead Analyst – Vice President (Hybrid, Full‑time)

This is a challenging and exciting opportunity to play a key role in the Developer Enablement organization, contributing to an ambitious goal of setting up a secure development environment and investing in the latest technology to improve user experience. The role focuses on enhancing the Developer Pipeline technology stack, specifically with Binary Service (Artifactory) and GitHub, while also providing leadership in engineering activities, design, acquisition, and deployment of critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for the Binary Service Platform (Artifactory), GitHub, and their integration within the Developer Pipeline.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, manage customer expectations, and perform root cause analysis to reduce recurring problems.
• Proactively monitor and manage infrastructure stability and performance for critical developer tools.
• Lead efforts to upgrade existing products in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Research, adopt, and integrate new technologies that provide a competitive advantage and improve the experience for Citigroup Developers, including leveraging AI solutions.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
• Define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements, recommending product customization for system integration.
• Serve as a technology subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders, contributing to a technology domain roadmap.
• Manage infrastructure‑level risk and compliance issues in accordance with Citi guidelines, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding its assets.
• Lead firm‑mandated controls and compliance initiatives; identify problem causality, business impact, and root causes across various systems.
• Advise and mentor junior team members, impacting the engineering function by influencing decisions through advice and counsel.
• Consistently apply sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and escalates manage control issues with transparency.
