What Youll Do

• Conduct structured consultative conversations via Zoom or phone
• Support individuals exploring career change growth and worklife balance
• Use a relationship-focused needs-based communication approach
• Clearly explain learning pathways and program expectations
• Maintain notes and follow-ups using CRM and digital tools
• Manage your own schedule and workflow independently

Ideal Background

• Experience in HR coaching career advising client success or admissions
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
• Open to performance-based non-traditional work models
