Our Vancouver client is seeking a Senior Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to streamline HR processes and support Oracle HCM implementation. -
3 months contract, Once a month in Richmond office preferred, open to remote candidates with some travel.
Must Have :
- 10+ years of experience with HCM Modules with atleast 2 projects being with Oracle HCM
- Core Competencies and Module Expertise – Talent Management & Talent Acquisition & Career Development module design
- Experience with Learning Management, Performance Management and Talent Management Module Design and Implementation
- Strong knowledge and experience in integrating Oracle HR with other applications and configuration
- Knowledge in writing Oracle SQL queries and basic understanding of Apps technical components like XML reports, WEBADI, Oracle Workflow & Oracle OAF
