S. and international healthcare markets.The Program Support Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring all users are supported throughout the entire lifecycle.

The Program Support Specialist has great communication skills, demonstrates a willingness to do whatever it takes to solve a problem, and ultimately represents OpusVi in a positive, professional, and helpful manner always finding ways to wow our customers.

Core Duties : Import and manage user information in LMS, Salesforce, and Impact Dashboard using efficient and scalable data loading techniquesMonitor and respond to Support Inbox requestsDeploy and monitor surveys and reportsTroubleshoot and resolve issues within learning and admin platforms as neededConduct user training sessions on technical aspects as neededCreate user documentation for self-help knowledgebaseConduct quality assurance checks on newly published coursesSupport other departments, including B2B, product, and marketing teamsManage data and technical projects as assignedMaintain project status and provide regular updates in project management toolFoster user engagement post-course launchKeep supervisor informed of any issues related to the smooth functioning of the programMonitor the awarding of certificates / badgesPerform other duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications : Education and Experience : Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field preferredMinimum 3 years of experience in a program support or data analyst roleMinimum 2 years of experience working with learning management systemsExperience with Salesforce, Explorance Blue, and SQL databases is strongly preferredKnowledge of data loading and SQL is essentialProficient in Microsoft Office and Google SuiteSkills and Abilities : Strong attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize effectivelyExceptional customer service skillsStrong problem-solving abilitiesEagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changeSolid organizational skills and ability to work independentlyAvailability to work evenings and some weekends, as requiredWorking ConditionsThe above statements outline the nature and level of work performed by individuals assigned to this position and are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities and skills required.
