Associate Dentist – Signing Bonus of $10,000

Our community‑leading dental clinic in the heart of Fort Saskatchewan serves approximately 2,500 active patients. Our modern facility and fantastic team focus on exceptional patient‑centered care.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the dental professional team, front desk, and administrative staff to provide excellent patient care.
- Perform a variety of treatments including diagnostic, preventative, and restorative procedures.
- Provide basic services such as fillings, extractions, prosthetic appliance creation, denture fitting, realignment, root canals, crowns, etc.
- Conduct routine check‑ups and cleanings, examine and diagnose patients, and formulate suitable treatment plans.
- Develop strong patient relationships by advising on preventive care, causes and treatment of dental problems, and oral hygiene.
- Ensure patient files are updated in the practice management software and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain proper disinfection, sterilization, cleaning, and replacement of medical tools and equipment per IPAC principles.
Qualifications
Great attitude and ability to work successfully in a team.Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from a university recognized by the provincial regulatory body.Successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency exam.Registered and licensed in good standing with the provincial regulatory body and eligible to practice clinical dentistry in Alberta.3 years of experience practicing dentistry is preferred but new grads are welcome.Mentorship available.Benefits
