Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a proactive, systems‑minded individual who blends product ownership, process improvement, and project coordination to support internal technology and operations.

What You’ll Do

• Product & Process Ownership

Serve as product owner for internal platforms and processes (e.g., ServiceNow, asset tracking, IT inventory, onboarding / offboarding workflows).

Coordinate cross‑functional IT or operational projects, including product / process initiatives.

Build playbooks, checklists, and SOPs to support repeatable execution across teams.
