We are seeking a personable, organized and detail oriented service advisor. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in organizing and coordinating our service department while maintaining effective communication with customers.
Responsibilities
- discussing and quoting maintenance and repairs with customers
- booking service and maintenance appointments
- documenting the details of all repairs and maintenance on service records
- communicating those details to customers
- identifying and ordering all parts needed to complete repairs
- coordinating with mechanics to have work completed efficiently
- communicating with suppliers in regards to warranty work
- billing and cashiering customers
Requirements
an understanding of small engines is very much preferred, but not requiredminimum 1 year experience in a customer service positionvalid G driver’s license and reliable vehicleexcellent customer service and communication skillsproficient computer skills and ability to learn new computer programsDetails
