Description de poste

We are seeking a personable, organized and detail oriented service advisor. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in organizing and coordinating our service department while maintaining effective communication with customers.

Responsibilities

  • discussing and quoting maintenance and repairs with customers
  • booking service and maintenance appointments
  • documenting the details of all repairs and maintenance on service records
  • communicating those details to customers
  • identifying and ordering all parts needed to complete repairs
  • coordinating with mechanics to have work completed efficiently
  • communicating with suppliers in regards to warranty work
  • billing and cashiering customers

Requirements

  • an understanding of small engines is very much preferred, but not required
  • minimum 1 year experience in a customer service position
  • valid G driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • proficient computer skills and ability to learn new computer programs

    • Details

  • $22.00-$28.00 an hour depending on experience
  • additional monthly commissions on service business
  • full time, 35 hours a week
  • Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., weekends off

  • family environment, flexible scheduling when necessary
