Work with Data engineering team to model secure, persona-based datasetsClearly communicate design and development strategies to all stakeholdersHave ownership over sprint stories, and will be relied on to navigate stakeholders and ask tough questions to develop solutionsManage user testing including the production and execution of test plans and scripts, defect logging and resolution management.
Identify key risks, troubleshoot issues bringing them to a resolution and make necessary improvementsIdentify and recommend appropriate end to end strategic solutions ensuring development is within scope and addresses the business needsYou have : Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with bachelors degreeStrength in data modelling, wrangling and visualization (Tableau or BI equivalent PowerBI, Qlik etc)Strong understanding of SQL databases and ETL technologiesFamiliar with technologies relevant to data lakes such as SnowflakeStrong understanding of security models and concepts such as row-level securityStrong experience with MS Excel (proficient in the use of functions, pivot tables) and PowerPointExperience with Workday recruiting (strongly preferred)Critical thinking mindset : high attention to detail, even in high-pressure, fast-paced sprintsA collaborative nature and team-orientationDeft navigation of data challenges : procurement, cleaning, transforming, and ingestingA confident communicator (strong written and verbal English);

This team works on identifying opportunities, developing prototype, and building foundational datasets that pave the way for a robust reporting and analytics environment.
This team also works with core HR technology team as HR Data SMEs. Candidates join a team of energized staff eager to solve complex problems with a charge to experiment and innovate.
