The mission of the Employee Engagement Department is to enable our people to be efficient and effective for sustained engagement and high performance.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our People Events & Recognition team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for planning, organizing, and executing all Aritzia people events and recognition programs, ensuring alignment with creative and business objectives.

As the Senior Associate / Associate, People Events & Recognition, you will support with executing equitable, meaningful, and value-aligned programs that celebrate our people and drive employee engagement outcomes.

THE ROLE

As the Senior Associate / Associate, People Events & Recognition, you will :

  • Establish the overall vision, structure, and goal of the people event
  • Determine the aesthetic and experiential details of the people event
  • Coordinate the operational elements of the people event
  • Manage the day of execution of the people event
  • Manage our people events program offerings
  • Seamlessly manage and measure our people events
  • Recognize our people with meaningful gifts
  • Reactively reward our people with experiences
  • Reward our people with written or verbal acknowledgments
  • Manage our recognition program offerings

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Associate / Associate, People Events & Recognition, has :

  • Proven skills, certifications, education and / or experience in People Events & Recognition
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $50,000-$100,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
