JOB OVERVIEW
The Software as a Service (SaaS) Product Manager is responsible for guiding the contribution of a portfolio of ministry cloud SaaS products on behalf of the ministry.
Job Requirements :
Education and Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and / or Information Management discipline or a related technical field, comparable diploma, certification(s) and experience.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
A minimum of three (3) years of combined experience in the following :
- Experience managing SaaS implementations both within a SaaS team and for end users.
- Experience driving user adoption and satisfaction with SaaS products.
- Experience using user-centered design practices in providing support for digital products and services.
- Experience using modern agile project management practices to design, deliver, and continuously improve high quality digital products and services.
- Experience managing complex enterprise IM / IT projects with multiple interdependencies including major business transformations, strategic communications, change management, and the oversight of system integrators.
- Experience Identifying, Experience challenging, and removing unnecessary barriers to product delivery.
Preference may be given to candidates with :
- Experience with specific SaaS platforms commonly used in the industry (e.g., Sharepoint, Mural / Miro, CRM tools, etc.).
- Experience in vendor management and negotiating SaaS contracts.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools that support continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI / CD) for SaaS applications.
- Relevant training or certification related to Agile and / or Scrum Methodology

There is currently one (1) permanent position available
Remote work is allowed, this position can work up to full time from their home in British Columbia subject to an approved telework agreement.
