Job Description :
We are seeking a talented and experienced Tech Lead Frontend React Developer with experience with PWA solutions on the Magento platform.
As a key member of our development team, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly web applications.
The role requires a candidate who can not only code but also review and approve team members' solutions, ensuring alignment with the overall architecture and driving development according to best practices and high standards.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in ReactJS.
- Experience building ScandiPWA theme.
- 4+ years of frontend development.
- Availability to work in PST timezone.
- High-level hand-coding in CSS and HTML (including HTML5 and CSS3).
- Familiarity with RESTful, JSON API.
- Experience with version control systems (Git).
- Experience with preprocessors (LESS, Sass).
- Good understanding of cross-browser / platform issues
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A passion for learning and staying updated with the latest front-end technologies.
- Min. English level - Advanced (native or bilingual).
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain current frontend solution built on ReactJS.
- Mentor and guide the team of developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional international teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of projects.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and industry trends.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's frontend architecture and best practices.
- Run code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
