BMO is currently sourcing for a Manager position on a 12-month contract.
Summary of Role :
The Manager will be responsible for managing treasury and payment solutions (TPS) Product Policies, Procedures, and Forms, including customer agreements and required disclosures.
This role involves updating, publishing, and maintaining documentation, collaborating with TPS Product Managers, Corporate Policies and Procedures team, and various business, operations, risk, and compliance partners across the enterprise.
Project :
- TPS Product Policies and Procedures overhaul
- Customer agreement and disclosure updates
- Process simplification and efficiency improvements
Years of experience :
5+ years in policy and procedure documentation
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to) :
- Lead TPS P&P reviews, change management, and maintenance process
- Translate complex information into clear P&P documentation
- Facilitate approval and sign-off processes for policy changes
- Identify and manage risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
