Aboutthe position

We are seeking anAccount Executive for the North Americanmarket basedon the EasternTime Zone.

Youll identify source and close newbusiness opportunities. Using strong prospecting and consultativesales ss you will balance contacting warm inbound leads for yourpipeline and working a targeted accountlist.

Themissions

  • Position the value of Agorapulses software with theInbound odology to mediumsized businesses
  • Educate and guide prospects through the buyers journey tohelp them learn how Agorapulse can grow their business impact fromsocial media
  • Identify and Prospect into goodfit accounts that may or may not have Agorapulse knowledge orexperience
  • Manage a pipeline of both inboundand selfsourced leads to identify engage and develop relationshipswith potential buyers
  • Dissect and qualifyprospects business goals to determine if Agorapulse can be astrategic investment for their business growth
  • Close business with new customers at or above the quotalevel
  • Partner with the marketing department toexecute sales strategy as the company introduces enhancements toexisting solutions and / or releases new products
  • Bring your thinking strategies and ideas to advance ourcompanys values unique culture and vision for thefuture

AboutYou

  • You have over 2years of fullcycle sales experience from prospecting to closing newbusiness
  • You have a strong hunter mentalitywith a proactive approach to attracting new clients through variedoutbound ods
  • You have an open mindset focusedon persistence resilience and are highlycoachable
  • You can work autonomously whileeffectively communicating with internal teamsremotely
  • You maintain a positive outlook agrowth mindset and take full responsibility for both your successesand failures
  • You excel in consultative sellingand closing focusing on outcomebased conversations rather than justthe product
  • You demonstrate toptierorganizational ss following a repeatable salesprocess
  • Youre currently a top performer in yourrole
  • You have a sharp focus on your goalsbelieving that your daily weekly and monthly activities will driveyou to achievethem
