On behalf of our client in the Banking Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Junior Administrative Assistant.
Junior Administrative Assistant Job Description
Support the Advice Centre Senior Vice President’s office with administrative tasks
Get lunch and coffee for Senior Vice President
Provide Senior Vice President with print outs, as requested
Scan and upload expense receipts to Concur; request receipts from vendors, as needed
Email work anniversary letters
Order catering
Unpack moving bins and organize storage / filing system
Distribute work announcements to Senior Management Team
Book meeting rooms at WPP
Purchase office supplies
Prepare invoices for processing
Support the organizing of team events and offsites
Point person for Building Support Officer (BSO) requests
Receive and return packages
Send mail and packages by courier or interoffice mail
Asset management (moving / transferring / cancelling assets i.e., building access passes, phones, laptops, etc.)
Other admin duties as requested
