The Job
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Relationship : Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Strategic Planning : Create and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business growth.
- Problem Solving : Address and resolve client issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, product development) to ensure a cohesive approach to meeting client needs.
The Profile
Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience : 3-5 years of experience in Key account management, Customer success management or a similar role in Saas
- Skills :
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
