The Job

Key Responsibilities :

  • Client Relationship : Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Strategic Planning : Create and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business growth.
  • Problem Solving : Address and resolve client issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, product development) to ensure a cohesive approach to meeting client needs.

The Profile

Qualifications :

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience : 3-5 years of experience in Key account management, Customer success management or a similar role in Saas
  • Skills :
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Work format : permanent independent contractor role, full-time, EST (New York time zone).

Compensation : depending on experience.
