About the Opportunity
Drafts and reviews company contracts.
Manages documentation between our company and customers, ensuring all necessary signatures and agreements are obtained.
Manages documentation between our company and vendors / suppliers, ensuring all necessary signatures and agreements are obtained.
Coordinates on-site inspections as needed.
Ensures contracts comply with relevant laws, regulations, insurance policies, and corporate governance.
Verifies that all required clauses and details are included in contracts.
Stays informed about legislative changes that could impact current and future contracts.
Maintains a well-organized system of digital records.
About You
Minimum 3 years of experience as a contract administration or related role
Familiarity with business, finance, and accounting terminology
Knowledge of legal requirements involved with contracts
Attention to detail
Professional maturity including strong interpersonal skills, tact and discretion, high aptitude for quantitative tasks
Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality of the firm’s internal affairs and client information
Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Ability to multi-task
Strong communication (verbal and written) skills are required to build and maintain effective relationships with senior management, customers, vendors & staff
Salary
$75,000 - $80,000
