Trainee Sales Negotiator

Ourclient based in SouthWest London is looking to expand their teamand are on the lookout for an ambitious individual who wants tostart their property career.
They have a very good trainingprogramme and offer excellent career progression.
Tasks
- Generateapplicants for the properties by calling through existingdatabase
- Respondingto enquiries from property portals such as Rightmove Zoopla and onthe market by phone andemail
- Arrangeand conductviewings
- Negotiateoffers with both vendor andapplicants
- Hittingsales targets / KPI s on a weekly / monthlybasis
- Helpingwith business development / getting properties tomarket
