Responsibilities :
- Trend research
- Recoloring and creating prints and artistic graphics
- Provide detailed technical sketches & build tech packs
- Create CADS
- Develop brand through product branding, participate in marketing launch
- Work closely with fit & spec and production to ensure consistent quality from 1st prototype to final production
- Sourcing with overseas office
- Shop for the latest trends at shows
Requirements :
- Minimum of 5 years experience
- Strong Illustrator & Photoshop skills
- Artistic ability and creativity
- Understanding of fabrics
- Ability to identify and interpret market trends
- Organized and good communication skills
- Can meet strong deadlines
- Available to travel
