Auto Hauler Truck Driver

Overview

Auto Transport Services LLC is a Stellantis Transport operation based in Windsor, Ontario. The role involves auto hauler driving, training, and supporting shuttle operations between Windsor, Detroit, Toledo, and Windsor yards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver automotive vehicles from one location to another with loads typically ranging from 4–9 vehicles per trip.
• Ensure loads are secure, trailer meets safety standards and weight restrictions, and inspect all vehicles for damage or defects before loading.
• Maintain daily electronic logs (elogs) recorded in Trimble and adhere to DOT / MTO policies and requirements.
• Support shuttle operations and Canadian highway shipments from Windsor to Brampton / Niagara as needed.
• Obtain and maintain a valid Full Class AZ license from the Ontario Ministry of Transportation and a current FAST endorsement.
• Communicate with dispatch and coordinate routes accordingly; be prepared for varying shifts and potential overnight stays for certain routes.

All routes require a valid Full Class AZ license and a current FAST endorsement. The selection process will include an interview and a driving test.
