Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Web Developer to support the development and maintenance of a flagship trading platform.

This role focuses on using Electron with shared React components across the E

TRADE ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, passionate about web development, and capable of effective communication across geographically dispersed teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement features that align with business requirements and follow industry best practices.

Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, and deployment.

Conduct and participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback.

Respond to and resolve production issues efficiently and effectively.

Required Qualifications

2–5 years of software development experience.

Experience with DOM API, AJAX programming, and build tools like Webpack.

Familiarity with source control systems, preferably Git.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.

Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience or knowledge in financial markets or trading platforms.
