THE TEAM

The mission of the Data & Analytics Department is to provide the business with actionable and accurate information to enable data-informed decision-making.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As a member of the Data & Analytics Department supporting the Supply Chain division, you will be part of the team that bridges the gap between business strategy and data to enhance distribution center operations, and ultimately improve customer experience.

You will combine your deep understanding of our landscape, your passion for data and masterful analytical skills to deliver analytics solutions that enable Aritzia to deliver world class every day luxury experiences.

THE ROLE

As the Senior Data Visualization Engineer, you will :

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand requirements
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to support business needs
  • Analyze datasets to inform development of key performance metrics
  • Understand Aritzia's supply chain practice by building partnerships and exploring operational warehouse data
  • Mentor junior team members, share insights, and set best practices in data visualization

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Data Visualization Engineer has proven skills, education, and / or experience with :

  • Visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
  • SQL, working with large datasets, and validating data accuracy
  • Data analytics platforms (Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Azure)
  • Gathering requirements and consulting with stakeholders
  • Translating data into actionable solutions and insights
  • Communicating complex data insights clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Distribution center management, logistics, or supply chain domain is a bonus

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
