YOUR ROLE IN OUR MISSION
As Gryd's Full-Stack Engineering Lead & Architect, you'll steer a small but mighty team of developers as we build products that make a real impact. You will serve as the bridge between product and engineering, translating business requirements into clear task descriptions and driving the roadmap by setting priorities and deadlines. This role balances hands‑on coding with team leadership, mentoring developers, championing best practices, and collaborating across teams to ensure technology scales in step with the business.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Technical Leadership : Guide the technical direction of projects, ensuring high‑quality software development practices and aligning with the company's strategic goals.
- Code Development : Actively contribute to coding and software development, often setting the standard for code quality and efficiency.
- Software Architect : Translate business goals into a technical blueprint that guides the engineering team on how to build the solution balancing the current software state with short and long‑term requirements.
- Team Building & Mentorship : As the team grows, participate in the hiring process, mentor junior developers, and foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Project & Team Management : Oversee project timelines and manage the development team, ensuring they remain focused on critical priorities and operate at optimal capacity to meet milestones on time and within budget.
- Cross‑functional Collaboration : Work closely with other teams like product management especially, but also operations, design, marketing and sales to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

8+ years of Software Development Experience, with 2+ years of experience as a Senior DeveloperFullStack and Mobile Development4+ years of FullStack Web and Cloud Development Experience (GCP, AWS)(Nice to have) Experience creating Cloud Solution ArchitectureProduction‑Level Experience creating Mobile Applications while working with Startups and small teamsDevelopment of React Native and Mobile AppsMust be able to speak towards 2+ Products which have a User baseKnowledge and experience analyzing and manipulating data using tools such as SQL and NoSQLExtensive experience with creating RESTful APIs to be consumed by Web and Mobile Applications(Nice to have) Experience creating Local‑First Architectures2+ years of Technical Lead ExperienceCreate Acceptance Criteria for Developer TicketsMap UI / UX Design Features to Acceptance CriteriaCoordinate with Stakeholders on Applications Version ReleasesNavigate Backwards API Compatibility where needed between all ProductsUser Release NotificationsTechnical feasibility review of UI / UX Designs for development workExperience making technical decisions concerning 3rd party software products and APIsExperience managing project deliverables, scope & expectations and coordinate project progress with upper management, and executives.Provide Roadmaps and Timelines to BusinessWork with Development Team performing Scrum Master type responsibilitiesHolding Daily StandupsPlan SprintsManage Product BacklogWork with Business Team performing Product Owner type responsibilities from a Technical perspectiveDeveloping Technical FeaturesProven experience in HaaS & SaaSExcited about building clean deployable code in a results‑focused environmentDemonstrated experience in driving agile software development between hardware, software, and QA teams.Contribute to the documentation of technical specifications, user guides, and other relevant materials.PERKS & BENEFITS
