Our established client in Calgary is currently seeking an HR Director to join their fast-paced team for a contract role.
As the HR Director, your day to day responsibilities may include, but not be limited to :
- Overseeing a team of 8
- Providing support for automation of HR processes
- Providing strong employee relations and talent acquisition
- Participate in senior leadership duties
- Participate in the development of HR strategies
- Ad hoc duties as requested
Job Requirements :
Advance your career as an HR Director with our client. The successful HR Director will possess the following :
- 10+ years of HR experience with 5+ in a management role
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources or related
- Healthcare industry experience
- Extensive labor relations experience
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Available to start immediately
