The Software Training Team Leader will play a pivotal role in ensuring our trainers are equipped to deliver exceptional training to our clients.
This position requires a blend of leadership, hands-on support, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software training and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
You will work closely with trainers, providing guidance, support, and development while also contributing to process improvements and training documentation.
Responsibilities :
- Work closely with sales, systems implementation, and support teams to align training objectives with overall company goals.
- Handle client inquiries and escalations related to training, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Address and resolve training-related inquiries from trainers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Organize and lead monthly team meetings to discuss updates, challenges, and strategies for improvement.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new trainers, ensuring they receive comprehensive training and support during their integration.
- Assess trainers' performance and identify areas for improvement, conducting one-on-one meetings to provide personalized feedback and mentorship.
- Maintain and update training documentation, creating new materials as required to reflect software updates and best practices.
- Contribute to reports and KPIs relevant to training performance, using data to drive improvements and measure success.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in a software training role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory position.
- Experience in the medical, dental, or insurance industry an asset.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using training software and tools, as well as standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to travel occasionally to support training activities and client needs.

The posted range for this position is between CAD 80,000- CAD 90,000 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient and experienced in the role.
