Location Address : 100% remote open to candidates across Canada
Contract Duration : 7 months
Schedule Hours : 9am-5pm Monday-Friday; standard 37.5 hrs / week

We are seeking a Data Analyst with proven relationship and strong technical and analytical skills to join the team on a regular full-time basis.
In this role, you will work through business impacts, articulate business requirements, define user acceptance testing requirements and provide support to many other processes and deliverables in the project life cycle.
You will work to understand current state by obtaining information, with the right level of detail from many different stakeholder groups, subject matter experts, and technical resources.
You will interact with various areas, including; Service Owners, Benefits Administrators and various levels of management in multiple locations.
As a member of the AdminAdvantage team you will be supporting large corporate clients, coordinating efforts to provide world class benefits administration and customer service.

Typical Day in Role
- Identify impacts to our clients.
- Accountable for end-to-end management of pre and post enrolment reporting analysis and updates.
- Engage and collaborate with internal team members and stakeholders to provide status updates and resolve client issues.
- Create the necessary handover documentation and transition the changes to the Service Owner for sign-off.
- Contribute to enrolment project level deliverables
- Work collaboratively with the AdminAdvantage RBA and Service Owner teams to pro-actively share information and foster continued learning and development
- Look for ways to improve / streamline the way we work and how we service our customers and stakeholders
Candidate Requirements / Must Have Skills :
1. Proficient in Microsoft intermediate / advanced Excel and SQL
2. Data Analyst - 2+ years’ experience
3. Thorough knowledge of analysis
4. Infectiously positive personality with a drive to succeed and a dedication to quality service
5. Stellar customer service and skills that demonstrate integrity
6. Strong data analysis, decision-making ability with a real passion for solving problems
7. Superior attention to detail
Nice-To-Have Skills :
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Access and Visual Basic programming, Macros, VBA is an asset
2. Knowledge of Group Benefits as well as Benefits Administration would an asset
3. Good knowledge of Benefits Administration Systems (Vital Objects) would be an asset
4. Proven experience with learning new products, technologies and tools
Education :
Bachelor's degree is preferred
