This is an experienced Oracle Database Administrator position where the individual will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Oracle databases.
In addition, this DBA will be responsible for providing 2nd and 3rd level support for all DB related issue or outages.
Ensures the smooth operation of the infrastructure in order to provide maximum performance and availability. Maintains close vendor relationships to support current technology solutions and provide roadmap strategies for all Database management systems.

Responsibilities
The main responsibilities include : vulnerability remediation which would be the primary taskShould work on configuration, implementation, support of Oracle Database Production servers and technical guidance of junior team membersUnderstand business requirements and design solutions accordinglyEnsure quality standards in release implementation especially in DML / DCL / DDL & Data Fixes of any formResolve incidents, escalate to client management and Oracle Vendor as necessaryCreate SOPsPerform root cause analysis for P1 / P2 / P3 and P4 incidents and / or proactively based on business needsWork with the Genpact, client or 3rd party teams for the implementation of changesFollow the required policies and procedures for the incident, problem and change managementEnsure service performance expectations are met with service levels and qualityRaise / escalate any service related issues and risks to track lead and / or ITS leadTechnical guidance of junior team members (when applicable)Qualifications
