Onboarding Engineer (US/Canada)
Location : United States & / or Canada
Experience : 2+ years in Structural Engineering
SkyCiv is looking for a driven Structural Engineer with experience in the field of structural analysis and design (minimum 2 years).
We want someone who has an entrepreneurial mind, an established network and a strong technical background in structural analysis and design! They will lead the technical / sales growth across the US and will be a critical part in the growth of SkyCiv and bringing our vision to reality.
The role is a mix of onboarding, sales and will also help influence the direction of our product development. The successful candidate will be responsible for :
- Onboarding Users - assisting users getting started, customer support enquiries and liasing with the product development team for bugs and feature requests
- Sales - following up users, demoing the product
- Management of Content, including : adding / improving documentation, writing technotes and liasing with marketing team for marketing material
- Product Development - Product testing, providing initial user feedback and planning future updates and features
- Business development - seeking partnerships, attending tradeshows and networking
As a minimum, the successful candidate should have :
- Experience in structural analysis and design
- Interest in technical sales, with an outgoing personality
- Experience or interest in Business Development
- Able to legally live and work in the United States
- A Bachelor in Structural Engineering
