ACCOUNTABILITY STATEMENT :
The Weld and Standards Trainer is responsible for developing maintaining and delivering weld training programs in compliance with American Welding Society (AWS) and Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB) standards. This role provides additional quality assurance (QA) training as required within the division and mentors ONTC employees in welding techniques safety practices and industry standards to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
