Our client, a privately owned company in the distribution sector, is looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their Montreal-based team.

Reporting directly to the President and as a key member of the management team, the CFO ensures that his or her team participates and supports the company’s major strategic and operational directions from a financial standpoint.

Minimum Requirements :

• A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience within the finance and accounting function.
• Experience in the distribution sector (an asset).
• Experience with SMEs.
• Experience in ERP system implementation or migration.
• Experience in multidisciplinary team management.
• Excellent business acumen in an international corporate environment.
• Demonstrated experience in treasury management, financial analysis, and planning.
