Compensation

A competitive compensation package is on offer, consisting of a strong salary of $100,000 to $110,000 (commensurate upon experience) and comprehensive benefits.

Position Description

• Oversee core accounting functions and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Supervise and mentor members of the accounting team.
• Support financial reporting, audits, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare and review account reconciliations and monthly financial summaries.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications

• CPA designation (or near completion) required.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and proficiency with ERP/accounting systems.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Experience within a manufacturing or multi-entity business environment is considered an asset.
• Proactive and detail-oriented professional with strong leadership abilities.
• Able to balance hands-on responsibilities with strategic financial insight.
• Committed to accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
