The Opportunity
This is a hands-on Finance Manager role with real influence. You are not just reporting numbers, you are helping shape decisions.
You will work closely with senior leadership, oversee core accounting functions, and bring clarity to financial performance across the business. There is meaningful exposure to operations, the ability to improve processes, and the opportunity to leave a visible mark.
For someone who enjoys ownership, accountability, and practical impact, this role delivers.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
In the first 3 to 6 months, success means establishing control and credibility. You understand the numbers, the processes, and where improvements are needed. Leadership begins to rely on your input.
By 6 to 12 months, you are operating with confidence and influence. Reporting is accurate and timely, forecasting is more reliable, and decision-makers are using your insights to guide actions.
You are not reacting to issues. You are anticipating them.

A WEEK IN THE LIFE
Your week typically begins with a review of financial performance. You are looking at variances, identifying what changed, and understanding why.
Midweek often involves collaboration. You connect with operations, leadership, or department heads to walk through numbers, answer questions, and provide context. Some conversations are straightforward, others require digging deeper and translating financial data into practical business implications.
Month-end periods bring a sharper focus. You are coordinating close activities, ensuring accuracy, and keeping timelines tight without sacrificing quality.
