Senior Systems Analyst

Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Senior System Analyst, HCM on a Full-time temporary basis in our Innovation team.

This position is a remote opportunity and can be based across Canada.

What you’ll do :

• Lead initiatives throughout the project lifecycle, resolving user needs, and managing deployment work streams.
• Gather, prioritize, and communicate requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Elicit and prioritize system and functional requirements through various methods.
• Proactively communicate with stakeholders, delivering business requirement and technical design documents.
• Plan, coordinate, and track projects within set deadlines and budgets.
• Act as a key resource, mediating among teams, and making informed decisions for quality improvement.

The Team : You will work closely with the Lead, HCM Applications and will work closely with the Human Capital Management Team.

Who you are :

You are looking for a career in Information Technology and :

• Have 6-9 years of experience in IT business analysis.
• Have a Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or Information and Technology (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
• Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA) or Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) is an asset.
• Knowledge of HCM integrations and related technologies.
