We’re looking for a warm, organized, and people-focused professional to be the welcoming face of a fast-growing, dynamic organization. This onsite role plays a key part in creating a positive front-desk experience while supporting day-to-day office operations and administration.
What you’ll do
Greet and support visitors, employees, and partners with professionalism and care
Manage reception, phone, email, mail, and deliveries
Keep shared spaces organized, stocked, and presentation-ready
Coordinate office supplies, kitchen inventory, and facilities requests
Provide general administrative support and assist with meetings and events
Adapt to changing priorities in a collaborative, high-energy environment
What we’re looking for
1–2 years of experience in reception or administrative support
Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
Polished phone manner and professional presence
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
A dependable team player who takes ownership and pride in their work

Salary: $50,000–$65,000 CAD
