Office & Reception Coordinator (Onsite – Toronto)

We’re looking for a warm, organized, and people-focused professional to be the welcoming face of a fast-growing, dynamic organization. This onsite role plays a key part in creating a positive front-desk experience while supporting day-to-day office operations and administration.

What you’ll do

  • Greet and support visitors, employees, and partners with professionalism and care

  • Manage reception, phone, email, mail, and deliveries

  • Keep shared spaces organized, stocked, and presentation-ready

  • Coordinate office supplies, kitchen inventory, and facilities requests

  • Provide general administrative support and assist with meetings and events

  • Adapt to changing priorities in a collaborative, high-energy environment

What we’re looking for

  • 1–2 years of experience in reception or administrative support

  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills

  • Polished phone manner and professional presence

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • A dependable team player who takes ownership and pride in their work

Salary: $50,000–$65,000 CAD
