Market Expansion team is responsible for evaluating and leading the work to launch Lyft rideshare services in new international markets. We work with regulators, marketing, product management, and engineering teams to adapt our services and apps to comply and launch our products in new markets. You will gain comprehensive knowledge of Lyft's internal services and operations and adapt them to meet the needs of launching new markets. You will have the opportunity to oversee and innovate the localization platform, including the integration of LLM models to enhance translation quality and efficiency. This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Thursdays and a team-specific third day. Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year. #Hybrid
