iQuanti is looking for a talented Data Scientist with expertise in Machine Learning, Statistical Analysis, and their application in solving real-world business problems.

As part of our team, you'll collaborate directly with clients to address their unique challenges and drive impactful solutions using data-driven insights.

The successful candidate will join data scientists and analysts dedicated to driving innovation and delivering value to our clients.

The challenge :

The client is exploring ways to become more data-driven in their budgeting decisions and is currently evaluating Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) as a tool to achieve this.

Since MMM is a new concept for them, they have numerous questions about how to apply the insights it provides to business decisions.

Particularly, when MMM recommendations differ from their past decisions, they require further insights on how to persuade the business to adopt these new approaches.

Key duties :

  • Build Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and MTA solutions to analyze marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their data requirements and business objectives.
  • Develop data science models using Python programming language.
  • Implement statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to extract insights from large datasets.
  • Implement best practices for building robust and stable production-grade models that continuously evolve to keep pace with the changing realities of the marketplace.
  • Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization.
  • Evaluate model performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Communicate findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Skill Requirements :

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in building MMA and MTA solutions.
  • Proficiency in Python programming for data analysis and machine learning (libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn).
  • Prior experience in building and rolling out scoring models, response models, optimization, forecasting, Simulation, segmentation, etc.
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
  • Familiarity with LLM (Large Language Model) and GenAI.
  • Experience in working with Bayesian model and Hypothesis testing.
  • Experience working with Anaconda Enterprise will be added advantage.
  • Experience working directly with clients to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of cloud systems like AWS and Azure.

Desired profile :

  • degree in Computer Science / Statistics / Economics
  • in Operations Research, Applied Statistics, Data Mining, and related quantitative engineering field.
  • years of experience in building and implementing statistical models
  • Ownership, Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with a knack for identifying opportunities and translating them into actionable solutions.
