Your Opportunity
Stantec is seeking a Project Engineering Manager to lead Thermal Steam-Assisted Gravity Drainage (SAGD) projects. This role combines technical expertise with high-level project management, focusing on leading multi‑disciplinary teams to ensure safe, timely, and cost‑effective execution of complex heavy oil extraction projects. You will oversee all phases—from initial design through commissioning and operational support—while coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
Experience in Thermal in‑situ SAGD facilities, heavy oil processing, and / or mineable oil sands is required. This position reports to the Business Center Practice Leader (Engineering Director).

Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part‑time roles will be pro‑rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.
